Nevada State Development Corporation NSDC Awarded Top 504 Certified Development Company of the Year by the SBA Nevada District Office

WeatherExtreme Ltd. Named Legacy Small Business of the Year

LAS VEGAS, NV, May 7, 2024 – Nevada State Development Corporation (NSDC), the state’s largest SBA 504 loan provider, has been honored as the Top 504 Certified Development Company of 2024 by the SBA Nevada District Office. This recognition was presented at the SBA Nevada District Office SBA Awards Luncheon in Las Vegas during National Small Business Week. The event was a celebration of excellence in supporting Nevada’s business community.

NSDC is also thrilled to celebrate WeatherExtreme Ltd., one of its distinguished borrowers, as the Legacy Small Business of the Year. Dr. Elizabeth Jean Austin, CEO and Founder of WeatherExtreme Ltd., accepted the award. Her organization leads the field in meteorological and climatological research, product development, and consulting, making significant contributions globally.
