Steven Reynolds is the owner of Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet and they have been providing their clients with excellent service in the retail appliance industry for over 37 years. In 2006 Mr. Reynolds opened Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet in Carson City Nevada, which has quickly grown to be one of the larger appliance outlets in the western United States. Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet (NNAO) retails more mid- to high-end products than any of the other 25 distribution warehouses in the West. As soon as a new freeway was added to the Carson City area, the successfully run family business was adversely affected. Steve realized that he needed to be proactive and find a better location for his business. Together with Nevada State Development Corporation and Heritage Bank of Nevada, he was able to finance his new location at 3270 S. Carson Street. Through the SBA 504 loan program, the business owner was able to use less of their working capital for their down payment and secured a low, fixed interest rate on their loan. Nevada State Development is proud of Nevada’s small business owners and wishes Steven Reynolds and Northern Nevada Appliance Outlet continued success in their new location.
