CR Engineering was started by Chris Rounds in 2002 and is a mechanical engineering consulting firm that provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection design for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. CR Engineering is licensed to provide professional engineering services in Nevada and California and strives to provide each of their clients with peerless service.

When Chris began looking at commercial property for his business, another local engineering firm, Tectonic Design Group, recommended Nevada State Development Corporation after they obtained their 504 loan through NSDC.

Together with brokers Melissa Molyneaux and Tim Ruffin from Colliers International, Chris was able to find the perfect building to fit his business’ needs and received ideal financing through the SBA 504 loan program with Nevada State Development and Guy Chaffee from Nevada State Bank.
